Default Am I missing something?

I don't understand this Luger. The description reads:

Mauser P-08 9mm caliber pistol. Mauser Banner dated 1936. Commercial gun that is expertly refinished with 95% blue. Listed by exact serial number in book World of Lugers Proofmarks on page 411. $1,495.00

It's from collector's firearms in Houston, Tx

Expertly refinished??
95% blue??

Maybe I'm just too used to looking at Simpson ltd and FGS...........

They forgot to mention the 20% rust pits.

Shouldn't there be strawed parts?

It is simple .... the claim is that the refinish has 95% of its blue left. It did not say pitted, although it did not say it wasn't either. But it sure looks like 80% to me, from the photo, and without the straw it surely is not "expertly" refinished.

I thought the Mauser hump on the rear started in 1937, but this gun has it. When did Mauser start the hump?
