Question Fiocchio ammo group buy.

As some may know I am a FFL/SOT and was thinking of trying to get better pricing on Fiocchi ammo. I am sure that they will want a substantial order to establish an account.
Is anyone interested in getting near wholesale for .30 Luger or other ammo? Please respond on this thread so I can gague interest.

Hi Doug, I would be very interested in obtaining some .30 Luger ammo. My one and only .30 (so far) runs like a champ on Winchester Super X. I've heard on the Forum that the Fiocchi .30 is under-loaded. I may have also heard the same thing about the Winchester--but as I said my .30 runs great on the stuff. What is SOT?

A SOT is a tax status for a FFL that allows me to deal in machine guns without paying a transfer tax.

Doug,

Possibly interested, I'm a newby to .30 Luger, but I need to experiment with non-Fiocchi to compare. What kind of price do you predict? (just to get this thing going I will commit to 5 boxes). Any chance that there is popular support for a similar group purchase of Fiocchi 9mm Steyr? KFS

Doug,

If the price is right I'd be in for 1,000 rounds.

I am sure you need to buy at least 10,000 rounds for a good discount?

Why don't you post the price brakes for quantity so we can see if it is worth it?

Mark

Doug,
I too would be interested, of course with the resrvation of "if the price is right". And the shipping from you to me would be the biggest factor. Thanks for asking us all about participaitng!

Doug, Is shipping a problem? How expensive would it be for a thousand rounds? Jerry Burney

Ok, I called Fiocchi today, in order to set up with them. I need to order 100 cases of center fire ammo or 200 cases of shot shells. I did forget to ask if they were 500 or 1000 round cases. I am getting a price list sent to me and if all goes well will check into drop shipping to individuals? I will keep all informed.

Hi Doug G.

Neat idea! I would be much interested since I always seem to be looking for the stuff and the Winchester prices seem to be higher than Fiocchi. Would you be ordering both the JSP and the FMC? My weapon seems to run equally well on both.

Thanks
Dean

I would be interested also. Maybe, 500 to 1000 rds. Depending on price.

Since you are ordering from Fiocchi, what's the chances of some 7.63 mm Mauser?

What's the projected price on the 7.65 mm Parabellum? Hard ball or soft points?
