Finally Arrived
John D.
I finally got onboard, Now I hope a 77 year old codger like me can adapt to this new format. (Sure liked that old simple straight on approach.) I do not know how this works but I'll try to learn. Is it possible that I'm the oldest "Luger Lover" here? ViggoG |

Good to have you on board. You may very well take top honors for age, but a bunch of us are nipping at your heels!

Viggo, I felt guilty when I e-mailed you, but John was working out the bugs and I had just found out!
So glad you made it! And if you can type on a keyboard, you can figure this out. Now, if I just do this thingy....

Hi Luke
Wasn't sure when it would be appropriate to invite you over. Glad someone beat me to it. Sure is good to get the gang back together.

Hey Russ, I know how you feel, I was thinking at first, oh, I like the old forum...
But then you play around, see the different catagrories and it is great! Very groovy and all of that. This way, you can hit active at the top and see whats newest and then go to that area or you can just browse the area you like. John, teach me some more about Krieghoffs! kool huh?

Well I made the transition. This format is a bit difficult to use without a mouse, but maybe with a bit of practice my Webtv machine can make it. I didn't have much luck getting any info from the M1900 posting. Tom H.

Hi Tom, Luke and Russ...!
Tom, can you hook up a mouse to your WebTV console? If so - I have plenty of extra mouses and could send you one, if you'd like? Also - maybe the only benefit could be that the whole thread conversation is displayed on a single page - rather then opening one thread after another? But getting to the different threads and Forums could be ummm - "daunting" for sure..! Let me know if you can use a mouse, OK? And welcome to all of you - it's great to see you here! |
