Another Eagle has landed-Markings GALORE!!

Working on SN 31X00 tonight! Interesting Flaming bomb (now that is cool to the XXXX power) proof in the frame well viewed from the top. Also is another sweet Flaming bomb on the UNDERSIDE of the front toggle link. The serial has a very cool commercial SHIELD proof just about the SN on the bottom of the barrel. Nice deep Eagle. A little pitting here and there to take care of (a tuck here, a tuck there, lol) Wow!! love these American Eagle Lugers!!!!

Doesn't the Flaming bomb signify a fake Army gun???

Johnny, please the thread entitled "Flaming Bomb Proof...?" listed under this section started by Pete Ebbink on 8-24-02 with the last post on11-06-02 Quite a bit of discussion about this, I feel it was a DWM inspector's proof as it was on a 1900 AE Luger I recently finished and also on this 1906 AE Luger I am currently working on.
