Smile American Handgunner article re: APG Raffle Gun 2005

For those of you who have not been able to get your hands on your own copy of the March/April 2005 issue of American Handgunner (I know I haven't), I have posted the content and pictures from the article (along with a couple of pictures that didn't make it into the article) on my web site. Please feel free to check it out.

Dok, thanks for doing that layout and the terrific case. FWIW, my phone number is wrong on the ad (bummer) that is my old cell phone we dont have anymore. The correct number is 505-891-3883. For all folks that havent seen Dok's cases, they are superb. He even offers custom engraving with a laser on the case top for a truly custom case. He will work with you to lay out a case to your specs that will fit all the
accoutrements you have with a particular pistol. He also makes great cases for not only Lugers, but many other quality firearms. He made this terrific case for me. The Luger inside was crafted by the "usual suspects" lol . Grips by Hugh Clark, Baby Luger shortened barrel work and frame shortening by Neil Keller at Kustom Ballistics, Custom case by Center Custom Cases, authentic wood magazine bottoms by GT Specialties, and that scruptous buckskin hardshell by Jerry Burney, Mr Lugerholsterrepair.
Sorry for the large picture, I havent figured out how to do thumbnails in the new forum format.

Thor,

Thank you for those very kind words, and picture. Your case had two innovations which at that time were the first ever, and later became standard for all cases, laser engraving and brass lined ammo block. I will change your phone number on my website for any good that might do. I noticed that they also got GT's email wrong, and my email never even made it... oh well, it was the gun that was important, not us old codgers!!!
