uploading photos

Can't seem to get this to work. Each time I hit upload screen goes to "cannot find" page. Have reduced photos to below 200KB. Suggestions?

Try using the advanced mode (Go Advanced) for creating or replying and use the Manage Attachments button to add photos. If that doesn't work, then ask for additional help.
