No Luger yet but.....
I have the option to buy one. It's an all matching gun except for the mag. It's markings on the top say 41 - 42. I'm told this is a Mauser produced gun made in 1941. The gun is in 95% condition. Looks good to me but I don't know nothing about lugers. Dealer wants $1200 for it.
How can I make sure I'm not getting screwed? I'm new here and I'm all ears!! |

Reading, looking over other guns, asking opinions...
Go to several of the websites listed and check prices and condition. http://www.lugerforum.com/lugerlink.html Ensure it is, as stated. If all matching, it needs to be. Ask for a 3-day look at it and return if not satisfied. Most dealers will allow that if dealing off the internet or phone. Also, it is much cheaper in the long run to buy a $600 worth of books, than one "shooter" luger. Ed
