Default Re: baby lugar

Wendell - glad you are a Luger fan, and thanks for your interest. Note that it is Luger and not Lugar, no problem, lots of people make that mistake. Next, there were at least four "baby" Lugers made, 2 in .32 caliber and 2 in .380 caliber (also known as 9mm Kurz or Short). At least two of these have survived. There were also some authentic Lugers cut down to 7 shot capacity with a shortened barrel that are sometimes referred to as "baby". Georg Luger's own personal gun was such a cut-down and is in a famous collection. There are reportedly two more of these cut-downs in existance. Finally, Hitler had nothing to do with any of them, he arrived on the scene many years later.
