Bill,
Thanks for the info. They had a lot of neat stuff, but it doesn't look like any bargains. Do the prices you listed include commission? |

Hi Bill,
The 1920's commercial in its box for $ 4750 was the surprise to me... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" /> Cannot believe an original box should add that much value... Regards, Pete... <img border="0" alt="[typing]" title="" src="graemlins/yltype.gif" /> |

yes, as far as I know. A fellow collector sent me these, stating that a 15% commission went on top of the "hammer" price. That was not included on the above list to my knowledge.

Hi Bill,
I love any "auction buyer" who raises the "market value" of what I have collected. And by a "margin" that exceeds real market value... And with a 15% adder - that's just fine by me.. |

Okay, I understand now ........ I paid around $4000 for my first issue K-date and for a K-date Navy, so I like those "auction buyers" also!

I think we are beginning to see the first real-world response to the Rock Island auction. Take a look at the most recent series of listings from a dealer posting in GunsAmerica.
