Looking for information on a Mauser Banner Portugese Contract Luger in 9mm.

Pistol was probably manufactured and shipped in 1935 in a group of 70 pistols. A second group of 50, was shipped in 1937, and a third and final group of 30 was shipped in 1941. SN 2509v
Pistol is in good condition but not all matching parts, side plate is 59
and front toggle link is marked 83.
Extractor is marked Carregada which made me think is was Portugese. The info that I have been able to find leads me to think that the pistol is legitimate.
