I think this is the Artillery on Hermann-Historica that you are looking at. It looks like it is probably a variation of the Sudicatis radium night sight.

Hello guys,
I am a big estimator of the Sudicatis Nocturnal sight. This is a very interesting item and maybe the first example of light intensification. An excellent invention considering the fact that the Ludwing Sudicatis and Co. sight patent is dated February 13th 1917. I have explained the most important characteristic of this item at page 65-66 and 67 of my book. Here I am going to summarize some aspects. I have analysed about 8 sudi and the most important characteristic is that all items are different. This means that this item did not reach an industrialisation level but remain at prototypal one. Attached few pictures of my rear sight. The front one is fixed to the barrel with a ring.
