Does anyone have an explanation why the muzzle on the cut away looks the way it does?

I believe the scoped Luger was Napoleon Solo's personal Luger...

224mm = 8.82 is barrel length on the cutaway
odd length barrel
and also the underlug on the rear sight mount is different / longer
