Johnny, with my job in Philly, I may or may not be able to make it on Friday - so we'll see, but I've made the last 2 or 3.
It is a good show, I have picked up some fairly unusual to rare cartridges each time and I'm not a cartridge collector |

If you come Saturday, come as early as possible; some guys start to pack up around noon.

Gentlemen,
I have an interest in obtaining a few of the .22lr FMJ rounds that Remington used to make, whether boxed for the military or civilians--though I have no idea what they should cost. Contact info for someone with some to sell would be great.

Those aren't usually too hard to find. Last I bought for somebody were in the $5 ballpark, IIRC. I have never seen them boxed, just singles. I'll try to remember to get a few, or contact info for you.

The hotel just called to remind me that the window is closing on the special show group rate. Make your hotel reservation ASAP!
Use the PAC group code. Your use of the group rate/code helps you and the future of the show. Thanks! |

Went to the Cartridge show, and although I did not pick up as many goodies as some years, I picked up the following.
A near new Peters 38 Special "police only" full box of ammo A number of 1918 45 acp (who knows why, I already have some) NO, early 9mm or 7.65mm - usually I am able to pick up a couple of early rounds. Then I picked up a post WW1 AKAH catalog, and I left it at the show!! Was about 30 miles away and heading back to work. Called JohnnyC (Jon) and he walked around, asked and found it for me. Nice to have friends at a show! Oh and then I found this ammo catalog, it lists all kinds of types of ammo for sale, and the prices, jeez, its funny to find a collector catalog so early, but just shows you folks were collecting even then.
