Default Questions: About Simson toggle pins

Should the toggle pins on a Simson be numbered? Are they eagle 6 marked? Last, are they fire blued, plain, strawed or blued. Thanks

Just noticed your question. There is no number on my Simson toggle pin. It is blued.

They are not serialized.

They were not originally serialized, however, if they went back to the arsenal (or if someone later 'thought' it needed one) - they were then marked.
