The "r" suffix along with the strawed small parts indicate the gun was produced in early 1937. The two matching magazines look good. You have a very nice and hard to find rig.

You'd asked about value, and I'd ask, if it were mine, somewhere around $2500. Maybe $2750. But you may end up around $2200. It's just not your average Luger.

I'm not sure if David also considered the Holster and tool. Holster about $200-250 if all right and in good condition. Tool about $85.
