Eric, there is a gentleman in this thread who has a rather low opinion of the Land Of Borchardt...and Phoenix Investments too...

Richard I was an attorney for 27 years and I found there is always someone who doesn't like someone or what they offer~ They should read the words or message and not always the name of the scrivener~ You can take away what they chose to but don't shoot the messenger!! Both site are still active!! Both sites are unique and appeal to some and maybe not others. They are both still up! but not mearly to condemn~ Richard discuss what you want and come to your own conclusions because that why we are all here!! I just checked the thread you referenced its from over 5 years ago!! The "Albert" years!!! ~Eric~
