gentlemen, i have a 41byf with a weird prefix marking under the SN. It really looks like the symbol used by the germans in africa.Its only marked on the receiver under the SN.Any help would be great. It really looks like a palm tree? regards Danny

Danny, can you provide pictures for us to see it? Doesn't sound like any suffix I have seen?

Danny,

Does it look like a palmtree leaf? It might just be a post-WW2 German 'staghorn' Ulm proof house marking.
