It's difficult to find published reloading tables for the 7.65mm Parabellum but if you browse eBay you can find old reloading manuals [50's & 60's] with the data in it. Bullets and loads have changed over the years but by comparing the data for other loads/bullets (9mm Parabellum) against current reloading manuals you can get a good 'feel' for what would be a base point.

I've copied several of the early '30 cal Luger' charts from 50's Lyman manuals, they're in the Reloading forum.

I also shop at Midway. For my 7.63mm Mauser and 7.65mm Parabellum I use the Sierra #8005, a .308" dia jacketed lead round nose bullet of 85gr.

I prefer RCBS reloading equipment. Their #25001 die set for '30 Luger' comes up fairly often on eBay.
