Have you tried going to
www.google.com and simply putting the area code and phone number into the "search" block? If you do this, you can often get back the name of the person, also the complete address, and also a link to a map of the address. Just put the number into the search block like this hypothetical number: 816-295-4102 and then hit the "search" button and see what comes back. This will not work under all circumsatances, but try it and see what you get back.
