To quote Randall Gibson from his book The Krieghoff Parabellum," Unfortunately, so many DWM pistols have been faked with a Kriefhoff side frame inscription that it is questionable whether legitimate examples even exist." I would also question the grip safety on a 1920 or 1923 Commercial. Since 1920 and 1923 DWM commercials did not have a grip safety. I have not seen an exception but others may have. Even then the gun if it was real is not worth half that amount. Good one, in my opinion, to stay away from.
