Amen to that Anna... I don't know who was the "lucky" person who bought that gun, but it is definitely NOT legal as a stocked pistol and certainly doesn't appear on the NFA C&R exemption list. To be legal the gun would have to be registered on a form 4 as a Short Barreled Rifle and the ATF would have to collect $200 for each transfer...
