Being a well known friend of Ralph Shattuck does what to his reputation?
I have been impressed by several of his fantasy recreations/interpretations. Not all, and he is getting up in his 70's which probably accounts for the poor quality of many of his later offerings
(you just can't find good help anymore) but some of his earlier work has been good enough to fool some of 'the experts'. There was one example I was ready to buy
even knowing it was 'bad' but Ken never responded to my emails/PMs.
