I asked him about some grips that had
obviously been re-checkered--even varnished, IIRC. Wondered if he'd not mixed up pics for some other lot... His listing's pics were the evidence, yet he doubled down on originality, seemed defensive and cranky that I'd asked. Some here may have dealt with him successfully, but overall, his stuff seems "ambitiously priced," to say the least. I don't doubt that plenty of his offerings are fine, but a pattern of listing bogus stuff is demonstrable. Whether established by ignorance or design, his reputation suffers among even the minimally knowledgeable.
