Note that this site does not use SSL certificates.
Some browsers have security settings that will stop content (files / images etc) from moving to or from sites without SSL.
Check Chrome settings. Click on "Not secure" up on the URL line on the left, then click "Site Settings". Try "allow insecure content".
Alternatively, try another browser like Firefox or Brave.
