Thanks Ron ... much needed and answered some questions I had regarding this subject.

Here is my version of Ron's excellent grip pics ... hope no one minds

Pretty much same as Ed's but his only shows 1/2 the pic in his post, If you click on ed's pic it comes up full screen and all there.
