I don't want to say this guys name yet.... but I called him about two hours ago.
I stated I would like my Dutch Luger back... and he claimed he traded it away for a G43 rifle.
I then said I would take the G43 rifle, and he said no. I then asked for $1500, and he said no.
Do I have any legal recourse if I was deceived??
