Also Eric, you mentioned the need for a good Navy Luger book. There IS a Navy Luger book, but as nice as it is, it is old and is based on old information and doesn't contain sufficient detail for today's collectors based on discoveries and research over the last couple of decades.
Our late hero, friend, and Navy Luger Forum moderator,
Tom Armstrong, was co-authoring a
new Navy Luger book when his untimely death occured.
Perhaps George Anderson can enlighten us on what has happened to the manuscript and the effort to produce that book? It's publication would be very welcome in the collector community and a fitting final tribute to our late friend Tom.
