Short answer- yes.
Since it was the Swiss military that did the "work" they would of course have the correct markings. Swiss lugers were re-worked and re-used; and often reworked and then sold out of service.

9mm versions are not common, but have been posted here before, perhaps a search for 9mm Swiss luger would pull them up; or one of the collectors of Swiss lugers will comment further.
