Commercial Luger??

I am lost in the tall grass of commercial Lugers, concerning trying to give my friend some sort of information on a Luger he has. If anyone can provide some inside would be sincerely grateful.

Serial - 6947 - no suffix
Caliber - .30
Barrel - number to the pistol
Engraved on barrel - Allemagne
Stock lug - yes
Small parts - last 2 numbers marked on the takedown lever, safety and the side plate 47 in the military style. Rear of the toggle, below the rear sight 47
Proof stampings - located on the forward left side, C/N and C/U
Chamber marking - none
