DCCUK, in short.. you would have be an active shooter or a registered gun collector to purchase pistols. being a registered gun collector you can purchase as many guns you want within your limited area of collection. The house must then be approved in various ways by police. -it is not easy to become a collector. As a shooter, you can only have one pistol in the area of competition one is active in.. Two simular 9mm would be impossible/hard to register. If not documented active shooter for some years, pistols must be turned in. Wich would leave us with options like this
