Eric, you can capture the screen you're viewing by hitting the Control/PrintScreen button on most Windows computers. This copies an image of the screen onto the copy/paste clipboard.
When you open an image editor like GIMP or Microsoft Paint / Windows Paint or other program for handling images, you can Paste the image into the picture editor, and then save the file as a "Jpeg".
This will capture what you see accurately and make it much more readable and usable. This sample is only 116kb in size instead of 186kb, which saves space...
