Not a bad idea, Gerben! We need to get the facts about Lugers produced after Mauser shut down their production. The Houston Lugers, the ones made by Mike Krauss, The Norinco prototypes--all are steeped in misinformation and urban legend, to some extent at least. The update's info about Herr Werle's pistols is great, but it may not be as handy for the European authors to research the pistols made across the Atlantic, so I think it may be mostly a job for a North American...

(Also, thanks for the newspaper article. Now I have seen a photo of Gerd Schön, and know what he looks like!)
