Brad Simpson informed us that the book will be shipped from Thailand in January by boat.
So, if everything goes smooth, in a few months the book will be available.
Just after the holidays, two books will be posted by courier to us, so we will receive them quite soon.
As soon as our presentation copies are available we will share some photos and we will provide more information.
