The manufacturer was Aimco. Later changed their name to Orimar Manufacturing Co. Or OMC.
Mitchell and Stoeger did not manufacture anything, just had their names put on the things.
I believe the manufacturer was mainly into dentistry tools and made the lugers as a side project.
