That is good to know. Anyone who purchases a wood bottom magazine should probably double check if they are looking for a mag for an old model Luger. I have never encountered any interchangeability problems with a new model. I have had some magazines that were tight in some frames and looser in others. I think that this is just due to how some magazines are treated. The habit of 'smacking' a magazine up into the well is a bad practice (maybe ok for IPSC but not with Lugers) that should be avoided unless you have a large budget for new clips.
