While channel surfing I tuned into the middle of the original version of "Day of the Jackal" (1974) and there was a quick series of bank robberies taking place to finance a political assassination. An armored truck was being pulled over by two cars full of crooks, one of them jumped out and brandished a Luger. Waved it around a few times and stuck it back in his belt. Quick fairly long distance scene. Not worth renting the movie.
