While the Board of Directors still exists, I have "downplayed" them as it was suggested that it appeared to be an "elitist" group and separated the Forum into an "us" and "them".


The issues to which you refer, were largely at the beginning of the new Forum, when we were trying to restructure and move forward. There haven't been as many issues since, but I have employed the use of the BOD on issues as and when they come up.


The BOD is very much still alive and well, although I concede we have had two resignations, but the remaining seven of us are still "in the trenches". As you may remember we voted recently on two vendors for Preferred Vendor status.


While there certainly has been a lot of activity on the Forum, there has not been that many issues that needed a vote from the BOD. Perhaps we could vote on the selection of two members to replace Frank and Patrick if that is seen to be necessary, I will email the BOD to guage their feelings.
