If a Luger got lost in the mail, there would probably be an investigation. The Norwegian police makes big effort into finding lost/stolen firearms!
Makes me think back five years, I almost lost a Glock in Bosnia. Left it on the top of a car, and as I turned away for it for two sec. another solidier drove away in the car. I shouted "STOP!" but he didn't hear.. Luckily we found the pistol about 1km down the road. Sadly the same pistol was eaten by a dog the month after, but thats a different story
