John, I moved your thread to here, as we don't do "auctions" on the forum. If you want to sell, then that is ok, but "asking" for offers is not allowed.


That said, it is a very nice 1940/42, and asking for value is okay, then once you decide to sell, then you can add it back to the for Sale section

I bought one several years ago almost as nice as yours for $900, I would guess $1200-$1500? Maybe more?
Is the magazine matching too?

The holster is a police model and does not go with the gun, I would be interested in knowing more about it, year, stamps on rear, etc.

I also collect "bring-back" stories (will publish a book on it later), if interested, i would like any info on the guy if known and what units he served with, and/or any known story of how it was aquired?
