I don't think there's anything subtle about it. You know what the shipping charges are, and you make your bid.
I don't have 50 bazillion feedbacks, but if you look up "Jacklawman" on AuctionArms or E-bay, you'll find I hold my own.
We live in a free country, unfortunately, shipping isn't.
