Yes, the extended portion of the mag pouch is the location of the cleaning rod in most T-94 holsters. The leather lined holsters are mentioned in the Derby/Brown book "Japanese Military Cartrige Handguns". I had never seen one until this rig. It may have been some sort of special ordered item.
