Have a daughter in Beaumont. She works at one of the refineries and brings the crude in from the gulf. If she (along with the others there) have to leave, gas prices will be going up. Even if they do not leave, if the ship channels are tore up, gas prices will go up.

(4 refineries feed off of that ship channel.)
