Did the paper say ( No serial ID ) ?. Paper adds like 10%. I think a paper like that is in itself is worth something. It is wrong, yes. If the pistol shoots good and acceptable to you, keep the shooter and sell the paper for a few bucks. It bums me out to say this, but in 40 yrs, this is what is going to be done to our stuff.
