Also, you have to have Java on your computer. There was a time when it came with Windows, then it was taken out, since that time, Windows again has that capability and Microsoft pays Sun or asomebody for the use of the java engine.
You can actually install the java client engine if you do not have it, and it comes on when you go to a java site, such as Mauro's.
