You apparently have a "matched" WW I military Luger. The gun was made in 1918 during the Great War and was reissued during the Weimar Government period [1920-1933] The 1920 is a Weimar Government property stamp. These markings on the gun are often referred to as a "double date".

The two digets on all the small parts of this Luger should be the last numbers of this weapon's serial number. If all these numbered parts are the same as the last two of the serial number, then the gun is considered to be matched.
