Murry, Your holster could very well be a Weimar rework of a WW1 LPO8 holster or even an earlier rework of a Reichsrevolver or a WW2 rework of a French revolver holster. I've seen all of these over the years. Your magazine definately sounds like a M29 Swiss with the back to back BP (Berner Probe) on the spine.
