Without pictures it is impossible to help you with an assessment. If the picture in your post is a picture of the gun, it is not possible to determine qualitative information aobut it.

One can say, that the magazine is not proper. An Imperial Army DWM magazine base is stamped with the gun's serial number with suffix, and a + if it is the spare magazine.

An unmarked wood base magazine would be proper for a Commercial or American Eagle Luger, 1900 or 1906 model. The H carved into it destroys any collection value it might otherwise have.

An original marked Imperial magazine in good shape might be had for $150 or so. If you decide to go after this Luger, you might consider this nearly valueless magazine as a negotiation point to reduce the price.

I would consider paying $850 for an Imperial Army DWM if it was in really excellent original shape with a good magazine. I would prefer to pay a bit less.
