That's the way I'm heading. I've been seeing similar guns that are in 95% condition for about $850. And you're absolutely correct in what I paid for it. Right at $500, making a restoration at a thousand bucks all told. And then it would still have a crappy bore....

Thanks for the advice guys. Buying another Luger is exactly the kind of advice I expected to get from you all...
