My G-Date (#4153 - no suffix) is proofed with W/154 & S/92 with the eagle (early)german army acceptance proof, all on the receiver. (identical to the one on page 28 of Still's book on the Lugers of the Third Reich for sn 539b). There is a single late army proof E/swastika on the front of the trigger guard.
