Thanks for the correction on the Geography. I had the same argument with my sister and drove up and showed her the sign. She laughed and walked away. Now I am wondering what it does say? I will check that sign next time I am up there!! My reading comprehension may be as bad as my depth perception. I made an edit to correct my over enthusiasm on the local attributes. I have been reluctant to post fearing I might embarass myself, well that's over! My sister loves Yosemite and her family goes there all the time.
